These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the MileCasino website and all games, promotions and services offered through it. By creating an account, a player agrees to be bound by these terms in full. Players who do not agree with any part of these terms should not register an account or use the site.

1. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their province of residence, whichever is higher.

  • Only one account is permitted per person, household, email address and payment method. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
  • Employees of MileCasino, its affiliates, and immediate family members of employees are not eligible to hold a player account.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • Players must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including legal name, date of birth and contact details.
  • Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and are liable for all activity conducted through their account.
  • MileCasino reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including government-issued photo ID and proof of address. Accounts may be suspended pending verification.
  • Accounts found to contain false information may be closed and any funds forfeited, without prejudice to any regulatory reporting obligations.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player’s own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
  • Minimum and maximum limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.
  • Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as an anti-fraud measure.
  • MileCasino reserves the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
  • Processing times listed on the site are estimates and not guarantees; delays may occur due to verification checks or banking network issues outside MileCasino’s control.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

  • All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside that promotion at the time it is offered, in addition to these general terms.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated time limit or the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • MileCasino reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer at its discretion, including in cases of suspected bonus abuse, use of banned betting strategies to minimize risk while clearing wagering, or coordinated play across linked accounts.
  • Only one bonus may be active per account at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion’s terms.
  • Bonus funds have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from bonus funds, after wagering requirements are met, become withdrawable.

5. Fair Play and Game Rules

  • All games are powered by independently certified random number generators. Game outcomes are final once displayed, barring a demonstrable technical malfunction.
  • In the event of a verified game malfunction, MileCasino reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the original stake.
  • Players found to be using bots, automated scripts, or exploiting a verified software error will have related winnings voided and the account may be closed.
  • Card counting, advantage play or collusion at live dealer tables is prohibited and may result in account closure.

6. Responsible Gambling

  • MileCasino provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion, accessible from account settings.
  • Self-exclusion requests are honoured promptly and cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period ends, even at the player’s later request.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • MileCasino is not liable for losses arising from a player’s internet connection, device malfunction, or third-party payment provider delays.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MileCasino’s liability in connection with use of the site is limited to the amount held in the player’s account balance at the time a dispute arises.
  • MileCasino is not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

  • Players may close their account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance will be paid out subject to standard verification.
  • MileCasino reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, underage play, breach of these terms, or activity that exposes the platform to legal or regulatory risk.
  • Dormant accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy notice prior to any account maintenance action.

9. Changes to These Terms

MileCasino may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Players with an unresolved complaint should first contact MileCasino support directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, players may escalate the matter to an independent dispute resolution service where applicable, details of which are available on request from support.
